Dear Charolette,

I can not express enough how happy I was to hear a voice on the other end of the phone when calling Travel Express. This is my first time using this company and up until speaking with you I was not sure if I had made the right decision.

You were patient, fun, and very knowledgeable. In my opinion, it's seems as though it is natural for you to go above and beyond what your job description is. I have at least two examples of why I feel this way:

1. You answered your phone during your lunch hour.
2. Your couldn't have been more pleasant.

I can only hope that Travel Express International realizes the importance of individuals such as yourself in their organization.

Furthermore, I think it is important to note that regardless if I receive the desired days of travel or not, I appreciate the effort!!!
