Dear Customer Service Department: I purchased a vacation package in May of 1996 and due to circumstances beyond my control was unable to go on the trip. I had many conversations back and forth with your department, and although I missed the deadline for a refund you were willing to help me. I want to thank Charlotte and all of the others in your department I may have spoken to over the past few months. I am in a customer service role in my own job and so I can appreciate what you did for me maybe even more than other customers. Thank you for listening to me and accommodating my requests. I will remember your company when I need to make travel plans in the future.
