As you may recall, the Massachusetts Boot Camp Wellness Committee recently purchased a vacation package through you to be offered as the prize during their annual spring raffle. After selling over 2,000 raffle tickets, the winner was Mr. John Agoglia. I have forwarded all the vacation package information to him, as well as your name and telephone number, so he may make his arrangements. I think he is hoping to use it in February, 2000.

Enclosed is a check in the amount of $450.00 which should cover the remaining balance on the package that was purchased. I have also enclosed a copy of the invoice for you to refer to so it can be recorded as paid.

In closing, on behalf of the Wellness Committee, I would like to thank you for your cooperation in this matter. It directly assisted us in making this year's raffle an extremely profitable one!
