  A non-refundable $200 Deposit is all that is required to secure you reservations any time up to December 15, 2010. Upon receipt of your deposit and date request, we will book and confirm you reservations ... after you dates are confirmed, you can proceed with securing your airfare (if needed). Your balance will be due 30 days prior to departure. Changes to reservations will incur a $30 per change fee.
